ANGELINA Jolie is at the centre of a row over “fake” documentation in the adoption of one of her children.
A local aid charity worker says he signed official papers in Cambodia saying he was the father of her eldest son Maddox.
Mounh Sarath, 51, says he also still officially has power of attorney over the boy.
Mr Sarath has now fallen out with the Hollywood actress, who has six children.
Mr Sarath said: “I would be happy if Cambodia didn’t see her again.”
He showed The Sun on Sunday the adoption document filed with a court in Battambong province in August 2003.
It confirms the court considered him the father.
Mr Sarath said: “In court documents, Maddox is still my son. She never cleared this up.”
Angelina and her then-husband Billy Bob Thornton did not take full custody of Maddox, 15, until 2003.

At the time, the United States was imposing tougher restrictions on adopting skids from Cambodia amid fears of trafficking.
Mr Sarath, director of an aid charity who met Angelina through charity work, said: “She had to change his name, so the only way was for me to do it. I said he’s my son.”
There is no suggestion that Angelina or Thornton were aware of Mr Sarath’s actions.
Angelina – a U.N special envoy – fell in love with Cambodia during filming of Lara Croft: Tomb Raider in 2001 and won citizenship in 2005.
The actress – who split from ex-husband Brad Pitt- has six children with the actor, including three international adoptees.
As well as Maddox, they are parents to Pax Thie, Zahara, and biological children Shiloh and eight-year old twins Knox and Vivienne.
Maddox’s adoption was arranged by agent Lauryn Galindo, who was later jailed in the US.
She was sentenced to 18 months after falsifying names, birth dates and places of birth of Cambodian children she helped to place with US parents.
Angelina has said in the past she went to “great lengths to ensure Maddox did not have a living birth-mother in Cambodia.
She said: “I would never rob a mother of her child. I can only imagine how dreadful that would feel.”
She also criticised singer Madonna’s adoption of son David Banda from Malawi.
Angelina said: “It’s a country where there is no real legal framework for adoption.
“Personally, I prefer to stay on the right side of the law. I would never take a child away from a place where adoption is illegal.”
Angelina jetted back to L.A. from London on Friday night with her six children after a tour of Europe promoting humanitarian causes.
Sarath signed paperwork to speed up the process and provide a local address
