Now it seems that Angie has gone on the rebound following the split in September last year.

13 years ago, Angie and Jared reportedly had a fling, and are said to have reignited the flame after meeting up recently for a secret dinner date.

Angelina, 41, and Jared, 45, first locked-eyes on set of Girl Interrupted in 1999.

They pair are rumoured to have had a short-lived romance when they joined forces again to star in Alexander in 2004.

Angelina met husband Brat Pitt a year later while co-starring in Mr & Mrs Smith together.

According to Heat magazine: ‘When she filed for divorce from Brad, one of the first people she heard from was Jared.’

Apparently, the close friendship between Angie and Jared bothered Brad, 53, who was never ‘comfortable’ around him.

‘Now they’ve split up though, there’s nothing stopping her and Jared,’ the insider claims.

‘She’s in no rush to get serious – not while she’s going through this messy divorce and trying to get sole custody – but she’s enjoying Jared’s attention.’
