Kobe Bryant owns a $44M mansion, the top is a terrace and a movie room decorated with thousands of stars
In an off-market transaction, hedge fund manager Kobe Bryant recently purchased a 54,885 square foot property for $44 million.
This price is higher than the property’s initial asking price of $43 million. Why do you think it’s a good idea to enjoy it? First, the property has tons of amenities, many of which are geared toward active people and include a half basketball court, a three-hole putting green, and a pool and spa.
Additionally, it is the most recent creation of area builder Ramtin Ray Nosrati of Huntington Estate Properties, who incorporated one of his trademark features into the design of the space: a garden Marijuana plants are grown on the terrace.
According to what Nosrati told Robb Report, the moment you go and enter this beauty, you will feel as like you are on vacation. It is a very desirable location; the house sits on a private, 1.2-acre site in Brentwood and has stunning views of the Getty Museum, which is located in close proximity.
