On Thursday, the NBA revealed the Eastern and Western Conference All-Star teams.

However, Sabonis wasn’t among the All-Star selections.

If Sabonis made the All-Star team, he would’ve received a $1.3 million bonus, per ESPN’s Bobby Marks.

The Kings forward’s absence on the Western Conference All-Star has been deemed one of the most noteworthy snubs.

During the 2023 season, Sabonis has averaged a near-triple-double with 19.9 points, 13 rebounds and eight assists per game.

The eight-year NBA veteran’s 13 rebounds lead the league.

And Sabonis’s eight assists lead all NBA forwards.

The Lithuanian-American’s field goal percentage (61.7%) is also a career-high.

Sabonis’s numbers this season are slightly better than his 2023 campaign when he made his third career All-Star game.

The 27-year-old isn’t the only Kings player to have a bone to pick with the NBA All-Star selections.

Sacramento star point guard De’Aaron Fox was also not on the All-Star team.

Fox leads the Kings with a 27.1 points per contest and 5.4 assists.

Sacramento has a 27-19 record and is currently the No. 5 seed in the Western Conference.

They’ll have their eyes set on making the playoffs for a second straight season.
